Shipping Policy
At TEAesthetix, we want your tea to arrive safely and quickly and be as afforable as possbile. That's why we offer free shipping on all orders over $100. Our teas are packaged in glass jars that are both aesthetically pleasing and secure, ensuring that your tea will arrive in perfect condition. All Teas will ship out within 2 business days of purchase, orders with 4 or more teas might take an additional day as they are made fresh for each order! If you have any questions about our shipping methods, please don't hesitate to contact us. We use USPS for our shipping partner and keep our rates current to proportional weight and size of the product.
Return & Exchange Policy
Tea is a consumable substance and any jar that has been opened we cannot accept a return on for a variety of safety reasons. If a jar arrives broken or you get the wrong order, we will be happy to replace or correct your order. Please contact within 15 days of your delivery date for these types of exchanges.
